Frontier expands broadband availability in Jackson County

Frontier Communications Corp. announced it has made its broadband service available to about 700 additional households in Jackson County.

Service is available to most residents and businesses in the Rollins Lake area, around the intersection of Route 62 West and Parchment Valley Road, the Kenna area, the west side of t6he Interstate 77 exit near Ravenswood, Tribett Lane and Marties Drive in the Millwood area, and the lower Fairplain area. Households in these areas have access to up to 25-megabits-per-second service and business customers have access to up to 40-megabits-per-second service, said Tammy Shingleton, Frontier's area manager.
