* Brief stories about company expansion projects around the state.
State employees did all of the writing, photos, design and videos. The state printed 25,000 copies at a cost of $21,025 for printing and $6,900 for postage, Harbour said.
As previously reported, Creasey Printing Services, Springfield, Ill., was the low bidder for the printing contract and SW Resources of Parkersburg handles the mailing.
The magazine is being mailed this week, Harbour said. A free copy of the print edition is available by going online to www.wvcommerce.org/edge and clicking on, "Print Edition Available, Request a Free Copy."
An electronic version is available at the same site. An enhanced iPad-friendly version is at www.wvcommerce.org/App_Media/assets/3dissue/edge-2-interactive/index.html.
The first issue of the magazine was released in May. It won a Public Relations Society of America merit award in the six-state East Central Region. An article in that issue by Sisk about the state's pursuit of a cracker also won an award.
