Commercial real estate broker Jonathan Cavendish said he and Ray Lewis have acquired the former West Virginia Water and Waste Supply Co. property at 4821 McClung St. in South Charleston.
Cavendish said a 5,000-square-foot warehouse has been remodeled and is now occupied by Krispy Kreme doughnut's distribution operation.
"Across the street, the former pipe yard is being readied to become a recreational vehicle and motor home and trailer storage facility," Cavendish said. "We can store about 40 units on the 1.1 acres that we have."Cavendish said the 2,700 square feet of space that formerly served as West Virginia Water and Waste Supply Co.'s offices has been remodeled and is available for lease. It has off-street parking for at least 15 cars, he said.
