The three newest stores at the Charleston Town Center mall are expected to open next month.
Mall marketing director Lisa McCracken said Teavana, Express and Zumiez are all expected to open during April.
Teavana, the Starbucks-owned brand of specialty tea shops, is expected to open in the remodeled space formerly occupied by the Frontier Communications store Friday, April 19.
Frontier recently opened their new store, located a few shops down from the old site, earlier this month.
Fashion retailer Express is supposed to open the following Friday, April 26. Express is remodeling the former Abercrombie & Fitch and Lids stores into one larger store.
Hat retailer Lids opened its new location across the mall's center court on Friday. In addition to being twice as big, the new location also features embroidering service, which Lids was not able to feature at the smaller site.
McCracken also said skate and snowboarding hardware and apparel retailer Zumiez is also expected to open in early April, though the official opening date has yet to be set. That store is going into the location formerly occupied by retailer 5-7-9.McCracken said Express, Zumiez and Teavana are currently hiring employees for their three locations.
