Marks has led the chapter since 2001 and plans to retire in June. Cipoletti headed the organization from 1990 to 2001 before becoming state director of Alzheimer's programs for the Bureau of Senior Services.
Johnston will manage retail operations at about 60 City branches in West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio.
