Maddox said the store was able to meet the corporate goals and quotas by focusing on the individual needs of customers, no matter how large or small.
"We meet or exceed every customer's expectations - through parts, service, body shop work - every day," he said.
Greg Raminski, Ford zone sales manager for the Cincinnati region, joined Kunkle in presenting the dealership with a plaque acknowledging the achievement.
"This is a celebration; you need be happy and excited, this is something to be proud of," he told the dealership's employees. "What's really neat about this is that each one of you individually has helped the dealership earn this."
Raminski said that few other dealerships in the area had won the award as many times as Turnpike.
"This store has won it four times now, and that's great," he said. "Most stores have never won it. To win it once is special; to win four times is fantastic."
