The West Virginia Chamber of Commerce's 77th Annual Meeting and Business Summit is expected to get record attendance this year. It's planned for Aug. 28-30 at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs.
With a month to go before the meeting, more than 600 people have registered to attend, which sets the pace for record-breaking attendance, Chamber President Steve Roberts said in a news release.
Featured speakers at this year's Annual Meeting include Jon M. Huntsman Jr., ambassador to China and former Utah Governor; U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin III; Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin; U.S. Rep. Shelley Moore Capito; U.S. Rep. David B. McKinley; Fox News personality Chris Stirewalt; and William Winkenwerder Jr., Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield's CEO.
