Cunningham Energy, Pettey Oilfield Services merge
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Cunningham Energy has created a new arm to provide drilling and well services to oil and gas production companies in the Appalachian Basin.
Charleston-based Cunningham announced Tuesday that it has merged with Pettey Oilfield Services in Hamlin to form Cunningham Oilfield Services.
Cunningham Oilfield Services will offer contract drilling, completion drilling, plugging, pipeline construction and other services.
Cunningham Energy president Ryan Cunningham says in a news release that the market for drilling and well services in the Appalachian Basin is underserved.
