Award-winning blues-rock guitarist and singer/songwriter Joe Bonamassa will perform at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Clay Center.
Bonamassa began his career at age 12 when he opened shows for blues legend B.B. King. His recording career started in the early '90s with Bloodline alongside the Doors' Robby Krieger's son Waylon and Miles Davis' son Erin.
He is currently promoting his new album, "Joe Bonamassa: Beacon Theatre — Live from New York." It showcases a two-night series at the legendary theater last year and features Paul Rodgers, John Hiatt and Beth Hart.
He also plays with Black Country Communion with seasoned musicians Glenn Hughes from Deep Purple, Jason Bonham from Led Zeppelin and Foreigner and Derek Sherinian from Dream Theater and Billy Idol's band. The group released its third album in October.
Tickets are $52 to $82 and are available at www.theclay
