The monthly downtown ArtWalk includes a special Dancing and Drinks series at the Charleston Ballet Studios on Capitol Street.
ArtWalk is scheduled for 5 to 8 p.m. today at downtown galleries and other venues.
Visitors to the Charleston Ballet studios are invited to view the inside world of dancers at work in class and rehearsal settings for their upcoming performances.
New paintings by artist Kim Sunday also will be on exhibit, and she will be on hand to discuss her work. Photos by K.D. Lett and Jurgen Lorenzen also will be on display. Studios are located on the Mezzanine Floor at 100 Capitol Street in the Security Building.
Also tonight, artist Stephen Martin will have his first showing at 172 Summers St. The exhibit will feature about 10 of Martin's paintings.
