Members of the Charleston Camera Club will present a photography exhibit of their work at the Marshall University Graduate School Library in South Charleston. Twelve photographers will exhibit about 40 photographs throughout the Library, and the images will be on display during the upcoming semester.
The Library is at the Robert C. Byrd Academic and Technology Center, 100 Angus E. Peyton Drive in South Charleston, near the old Union Carbide Tech Center. An opening night reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Friday at the Library, and is open to the public.
The Charleston Camera Club is a local organization offering educational meetings, friendly competitions and opportunities to photograph public events and more in order to expand the photographic knowledge of the members. The Club currently has approximately 90 members and meets twice a month at the South Charleston Public Library. The first meeting of the new season will be Sept. 3.
