Jerry Seinfeld will bring his observational humor to town with a stand-up comedy show at 7 p.m. Friday at the Charleston Municipal Auditorium.
Seinfeld is best known for playing a fictionalized version of himself in the critically acclaimed sitcom, "Seinfeld." The show is regarded as one the most popular in television history, finishing among the top two programs from 1994-1998. The series finale ranks as the third most watched.
He has made guest appearances on "30 Rock" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm." In 2012, he began "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee." The online series draws an average of 10 million viewers an episode.
