Photos: St. Albans' men of steel work their I-beams

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A large crane hoists a massive I-beam to a bridge pier on the St. Albans side of the new Dick Henderson Bridge. Crews began dismantling the 79-year-old bridge in January and finished in March after the Nitro and St. Albans approaches were taken down with high explosives. Now crews are working to strengthen the piers and build the steel truss and concrete bridge deck.
