Tomblin announces plan to secure future of 130th Airlift Wing
Kanawha County Commission President Kent Carper, joined by Commissioner Hoppy Shores, pledged $1.5 million in county funds to support improvement projects that could help stave off the closure of the West Virginia Air National Guard's 130th Airlift Wing base in Charleston.
