Program at UC to focus on Jesus and his influence

The University of Charleston and the Islamic Association of West Virginia will present a program about Jesus, his message, and his impact on the Abrahamic faiths.

The event is set for 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at UC in the Geary Auditorium of Riggleman Hall. A reception will follow.

Presenters are Aaron Gale, head of the religious studies program and associate professor at West Virginia University; and Imam Abdulla Antepli, Muslim chaplain at Duke University and faculty member in the Divinity School and at Duke University Islamic Studies Center.
