CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Charleston Police said Tuesday that John Dolin, the Boone County man who was maliciously wounded and robbed Friday morning in an alley behind 200 Capitol St., was set to move to a step-down unit of the hospital on Tuesday.
Sgt. Eric Hodges said Dolin's condition had improved, though he is still "somewhat foggy." Since Dolin has struggled with the common questions asked of patients who have suffered head injuries, he has not yet been questioned by police about what happened to him Friday."Once his mind and thinking process become clearer he will then be interviewed regarding the circumstances of his attack," Hodges said in a news release.
