St. Albans couple arrested on meth-related charges
A St. Albans couple has been arrested on charges relating to methamphetamine and exposing children to the drug, said Capt. Sean Crosier of the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office.
Acting on a tip, officers went to 56 Buckeye Lane in St. Albans about 9 p.m. Monday, he said.
Joseph Massey, 37, and Angela Massey, 32, were arrested on charges of attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and exposures of meth to children, he said.
The two children in the home, ages 2 and 13, were released to the custody of their grandmother, he said.
Joseph and Angela Massey are both lodged in South Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000 each.
