Putnam man indicted on drug and weapons charges
A Putnam County man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on drug and weapons charges.
Terry Lee Hagan, 49, of Culloden is charged with illegal distribution of oxycodone and heroin and being a felon in possession of a firearm. According to a nine-count indictment filed Feb. 12, Hagen conspired with others to sell the drugs from January 2012 to February of this year.
He was previously convicted of five felonies from May 1981 to April 2012 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio and as a result did not have the right to possess a firearm. Hagen could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
