Putnam County Fair upcoming schedule

When: Saturday, July 13, through Sunday, July 21

Where: Ernest Page Jr. Fairgrounds at Putnam Park in Eleanor

Daily gate admission: $8 (free for children 4 and under)

Family Day: Sunday, $5 a person (free for children 4 and under)

Senior Citizens Day: Thursday, $6 (must have Mountaineer Card)

Note: Price includes all stage shows, fair exhibits and carnival rides. Carnival games, inflatable non-mechanical rides, and food are not included.

* 4-9 p.m. Exhibit Hall open

* 4-11 p.m. Carnival open

* 4-6 p.m. 4-H Livestock Bidders' Registration and Hospitality reception for bidders (show/sale arena) Sponsored in part by Nelson's Meat Processing

* 5 p.m. Andy Kerns, chainsaw carver (additional show times to be announced)

* 5:30 p.m. Kids Day Circus with Buford the Bear and his Miniature Truck

* 5:30 p.m. 4-H/FFA "Pride in Project" Awards presentation (show/sale arena)

* 6 p.m. Annual 4-H/FFA Livestock Auction (Show/Sale Arena)

* 7-8 p.m. Motorcycle Motocross Practice

* 7:30 p.m. Fun Time Karaoke with Richard D. Clark (entertainment tent)

* 7:30 p.m. Charlie Abstein & the Distant Thunder

* 11 p.m. Fair closes

Saturday
