HUNTINGTON -- The Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia is set to hear cases at Marshall University as part of the school's celebration of Constitution Week.
The court says it is scheduled to hear four cases, beginning Tuesday, at the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center in Huntington.
It will be the high court's fifth visit to Marshall University in the last eight years.
Marshall University is named for former U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall. He died two years before Marshall Academy was formed in 1837.
