West Virginians for Life will have its 35th Annual State Pro-Life Convention from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Assembly of God in Fairmont. Doors open at 8 a.m.
Keynote speaker will be attorney Burke Balch, director of Robert Powell Center for Medical Ethics. Balch will discuss the Obama Affordable Health Act.
Also featured will be West Virginians for Life President Dr. Wanda Franz on the short- and long-term effects of abortion on teenage girls as well as National Right to Life Political Director Karen Cross addressing the importance of the 2012 elections.
