ATHENS, W.Va. -- Concord University President Gregory F. Aloia is leaving for a new job as president of the College of Coastal Georgia.
Concord announced Aloia's resignation Wednesday in a news release.
He will replace Valerie Hepburn as president of the college in Brunswick, Ga., on July 1.
Aloia has served as president of Concord since 2008. He says he will miss Concord but he's looking forward to new opportunities at the College of Coastal Georgia.
Concord's Board of Governors will oversee the selection of a new president.
