LOGAN, W.Va. (AP) - State highways officials are seeking public input on a proposed low-speed connector road at Chief Logan State Park.
The West Virginia Division of Highways has scheduled an informational workshop on the project for 4 p.m. Thursday at the Chief Logan Conference Center in Logan. A public hearing will follow at 6 p.m.
The two-lane road would connect the park's main activity areas with the Chief Logan Lodge and Conference Center.
The deadline for written comments to be submitted to the DOH is Aug. 12.
