CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has named 10 people to serve on the boards of governors at Marshall and West Virginia universities.
All the appointments became effective Friday.
Named to the Marshall board were: James Bailes, Joseph Touma and Phil Cline, all of Huntington; Tim Dagostine of Charleston; Dale Lowther of Parkersburg; Christie Kinsey of Lavalette; and Ed Howard III, Scottsdale, Ariz.
Tomblin reappointed Wheeling resident William Wilmoth to the WVU board and added Rob Alsop of Charleston and Diane Lewis of Morgantown.
