Minor earthquake hits Gilmer County

GLENVILLE, W.Va. (AP) - The Glenville area has been shaken by another minor earthquake.

The U.S. Geological Survey reports that a magnitude-2.6 earthquake occurred just after 7 a.m. Friday. The epicenter was about 8 miles southwest of Glenville.

It's the third minor earthquake in the area in the past month.
