CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia has a new commissioner of the Bureau for Children and Families.
Nancy Exline will succeed Sue Hage, who has served as interim commissioner since Aug. 1. Exline has spent much of her professional career at the bureau, holding a number of positions. Since July 2012, she has been interim deputy commissioner of field operations at the Bureau for Children and Families.
Health and Human Resources Secretary Karen L. Bowling announced Exline's appointment on Tuesday.Exline is a graduate of Fairmont State University.
