CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Applications are being taken to replace retiring Cabell County Circuit Court Judge David Pancake.
Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin said Wednesday that the Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission will begin receiving applications immediately. The deadline to submit applications is Nov. 8, while the deadline to submit letters of recommendation is Nov. 15.
Pancake's retirement is effective Jan. 31.Tomblin says in a news release that candidate interviews are scheduled for Dec. 3.
