I live on the East End of Charleston, and on Sept. 4 I called the city to tell them that the street I live on, Rugby Street, has no lights.
The city in turn called and placed a work order with AEP in order to get the lights fixed.
The street is extremely dark and we have kids that leave early in the morning along with individuals such as myself who have to be at work early.
I have called AEP several times to find out when the lights would be repaired. The problems we have heighten when we have no lights on the street.
I'm concerned and saddened by the lack of cooperation I have received.
