I see the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is punishing John Raese for building a golf course without an EPA permit. I would think that the federal government would spend more time protecting its foreign diplomats and less time attacking an American businessman.
I have a copy of the Constitution, and I could not find anything about the game of golf. I did find the 10th Amendment and it states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."
