I am voting for Mitt Romney because he believes in an environmental protection agency that will increase the production of energy instead of stopping energy production. We must stick with coal and coal-powered power plants.
The BTUs in coal are cheaper than the BTUs in any other fuel. In New Jersey electric power, which is nuclear power, costs twice what coal power costs in West Virginia.
Natural gas at $4 will go up to $5 or $8 per BTU.
Natural gas in Europe sells for $8 and in the Far East $12. The only way we can keep cost of electric power down is to use coal to produce electrical power.
We must have a Republican House and Senate and a president in the White House to keep the cost of power low. In order to have manufacturing we must have a low-cost power source.
Joe Manchin is a person that I personally like, but he will vote with a Democrat Senate. That is why I am voting for John Raese.
