In its Dec. 23 editorial, "Congress must step up and fix Obamacare," the Daily Mail failed to mention that young people can stay on their parents' insurance plan until age 26, pre-existing conditions won't be a prerequisite for denial, there are no lifetime caps and junk policies must adhere to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Democrats didn't shut down the government as the Daily Mail asserted. Sen. Ted Cruz, an opportunist, demanded the ACA be delayed. Ted is an intelligent man and he knew the law was enacted by Congress and (an important part) confirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court.
The vicious marketing tactics by the Koch brothers' PACs and their unintelligent tea party minions have disseminated the most vicious attack on any legislation that will help millions.
I strongly suggest before the Daily Mail writes an editorial they get their facts correct.
