n I knew this renegade chemical company was someone who needed to be shut down. Especially hearing that the rich Republican Koch brothers were involved with it.
n According to reports, the federal government has warned state and county officials many times years ago and currently about the problem of the chemical spills just like we had. Why haven't the county and state officials been asked about heeding these previous warnings?
n What has happened to all of the Republicans who always complain about EPA and government regulations? It seems to me there weren't enough regulations.
n When is West Virginia Junior College going to stop that ridiculous commercial with the man complaining about getting a prick in the arm? Oh how ridiculous.
n It seems obvious that the water company is flushing Clendenin and Pinch last because we will be flushing the chemical right back into the river at Big Chimney.
n The police and National Guard were out there as well as volunteers handing out water for us. They have good people and values, more so than FEMA.
n I wish the PSC would do something about Suddenlink cable. It is ridiculous. You can't watch the news or anything, but yet they want to raise the prices on you.
n Why didn't W.Va. American Water know they were receiving a toxic, conditional product? When they learned it why didn't they shut down the intake, like Huntington?
n With all the school days that have been missed, why don't they post lessons online? I'm sure many of them have been on the computer at home. They could have been studying while they were at home.
n I would advise everybody to not drink West Virginia water.
n The leaders of West Virginia and our D.C. representatives have to take action against MSHA. It is the most corrupt agency in our federal government. As the number of mines dwindle, the number of remaining vultures descend on the mines in packs. You must do something about it because the future of our state hangs in the balance.
