"It's a new thing for Poca," Ord said. "Usually we have a short team. This year we have height and size on our side. It's definitely a big thing for us, and exciting. Our shooting percentage has been low so the rebounds have been very important.
Sayre indicated rebounding is even more pivotal considering the usual sub-par field goal percentages by the Dots and their opposition.
"We haven't shot better than 30 percent very much," Sayre said.
"If you get a lot of those offensive rebounds, it's huge. I stress that a lot. You can't give girls a second shot. I've noticed in girls basketball, if you shoot over 30 percent, you're doing pretty good."

Richwood 48, Liberty 14 Hannah Brown scored 16 points and Breanna Mazzella had 15 points to lead the Lumberjills (3-3) to the win at the Wildcat Invitational at Meadow Bridge.
Herbert Hoover 57, Roane County 37 - Jordan Marshall scored 15 points and Bailey Aab had eight points and 12 rebounds to lead the Huskies to their sixth consecutive win.
For the Raiders, Kipra Rhodes had 13 points.
Marietta (Ohio) 50, Winfield 40 - Erica Dawson boosted Marietta to victory at the Jack Stephens Memorial Tournament.
Chelsea Kirby and Mara Rhoades led Winfield with seven points each.
