Wong hit a solo shot earlier in the game, but the Patriots (9-4) still trailed 11-7 going into their final at-bat in the bottom of the seventh.
Cody Green contributed a single and home run while catcher Alex Levitan fell a triple short of hitting for the cycle as he drove in three runs.
Sissonville 7-22, Braxton County 6-4 - The host Indians (4-9) earned a doubleheader swept of the Eagles.
In the first game, Braxton rallied to score four runs in the top of the seventh to tie the score before Sissonville came back to win with a run in the bottom of the frame.
Dominic Walker had two hits for the Indians.
Sissonville took control early with eight runs in the first inning of the nightcap.
Dillan Asbury, J.R. Strickland, Dominic Walker, Zach Null, Eli Mooney and Houston Hill each had three hits to pace the Indians.
