Miller finished 8-of-12 through the air for 137 yards and also had touchdown passes of eight yards to Houston Hill and 42 yards to Tyler Shaffer as the third quarter came to a close.
The Indians' Jacob Fisher scored on a second half two-yard run, with Randy Parsons closing out the scoring from one yard out.
Miller also contributed 57 rushing yards on 12 carries, with Austin Burford adding 52 yards on 5 carries.
Sissonville finished with 410 total yards, while Tolsia managed just 115 yards.
It was the second straight shutout for the Indians' defense.
"We're a defensive minded football team," Smolder said. "Our number one goal is to play great defense because if we do that we can hang in any game.
"We stressed great defense, technique and fundamentals all week and our kids have bought into what we're trying to do.
"They're focused right now, they have goals set and they're working hard to achieve them."
Tolsia's offense was led by Brandon Ward, who managed 69 yards on 13 carries, while Jennings Holland finished with 29 yards on 14 tries.
The other three Rebel ball carries finished with zero or less yardage.
Tolsia Coach Mike Smith declined comment after the loss.
The Rebels will host Tug Valley next Friday, while Sissonville travels to face Scott.
