MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- Professional cage fighting is coming to Morgantown.

Simons Promotions announced plans Friday afternoon for Caged Fury 16, the first West Virginia event ever staged by the North American Allied Fight Series.

The Jan. 28 fights will be held at the Morgantown Event Center and will be only the second sanctioned professional Mixed Martial Arts contest in West Virginia.

The fights will be taped for TV and aired on Sports Time Ohio.

The lineup features West Virginia's first sanctioned female bout between undefeated Ashley Cummins of St. Louis, Mo., and up-and-comer Stephanie Fausto from Cincinnati.

It also includes the debut of West Virginia boxer Ronnell Green against Amos Collins, and Ultimate Fighting Championship veteran Sean McCorkle against undefeated heavyweight Mike Gordon.
