"I'm sure there'll be emblems, decals, and I'm sure the new jerseys we get in will have the new emblem on it," he said.
Alumni Hall in the Charleston Town Center Mall also has seen a big demand for the new shirts since the store got their shipment about a week ago.
"We sell at least a couple dozen every day," stock manager Peter Thomas said. "Everybody wants it."
He said the shirt has gained a significant Internet buzz in the last few weeks on WVU websites.
Both stores sell the T-shirts for $25. Currently, only men's and ladies' sizes are available. Thomas said he expects children's sizes will become available soon, especially after WVU officially joins the Big 12.
Men's shirts are available in sizes from small to 3XL. Women's sizes range from small to extra-large.
Alumni Hall also sells unisex long sleeve T-shirts for $28. Those shirts are available in sizes from small to 2XL.
Out-of-towners can purchase the new shirt at www.wvsportmart.com. Shipping and handling is $5.
