Kids reading program starting at South Charleston library

Join the South Charleston Public Library for a chilling, thrilling fun time with polar bears, penguins and more. 

The library will explore the ABC's in Wintertime during a six week story time session beginning today and running through March 4.

The following story times will be available for children and their families:

Baby Lapsit for children ages 6 months through 23 months, with a caregiver, will meet 10 to 10:30 a.m. Mondays or 10 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays.

Toddler Time for children ages 2 and 3 years old, with a caregiver, will meet 11 to 11:45 a.m. Mondays, 11 to 11:45 a.m. Tuesdays, 10 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesdays or 11:15 a.m. to noon Wednesdays. 

Independent Storytime for children ages 4 and 5 will meet 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. Thursdays.  

Family Fun-time, for families with multi-aged children or school aged children, will meet 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. Thursdays.  Registration is required and space is limited. To register, call the Children's Department at 304-744-6561 or visit South Charleston Library at 312 Fourth Ave. South Charleston.
