Congratulations to readers Paulla Smith and Simi Islam for playing our first-ever "State of the State Bingo" in last Wednesday's Life section. They played along while watching Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin's State of the State address, marked off enough boxes to get a "Bingo," and emailed us a photo of their game board.
We're sending Paulla and Simi two tickets each to the West Virginia International Auto Show, happening Jan. 24-26 at the Charleston Civic Center.
The Daily Mail received an overwhelming response from the Bingo game. Many of you played along, and some even used Twitter and Facebook to compete with friends. Heck, we even saw a photo of Gov. Tomblin giving the game a look.
We understand some readers had trouble with our Bingo boards - some people were able to get "Bingo" while others couldn't - but we've got a whole year to refine the game. We're bringing it back in 2015!
