- Why do I have to register?
By registering with dailymail.com you are telling us that you are a loyal reader of our website, and that makes us want to provide you with the best possible experience on our site. Registration it FREE and by providing us with a minimal amount of information we can start to better provide you with the types content you value the most.
- I have forgotten/lost my password.
Click here to have your password reset. Provide the email address tied to your account and a new password will be sent to you.
- I do not remember my username.
We no longer use your username for login verification, we now use your email address. Your username is still used to identify you once you are logged in for things such as comments, but you don't need to remember it anymore.
- I do not remember what email address I signed up with.
Send an email from your current email address to firstname.lastname@example.org with "LOGIN EMAIL" as the subject-line and include any information you know about your account such as username, year of birth, full name, etc. so that we can verifiy that you are the rightful user of the account.
- I remember all my login information, but I still cannot login.
Make sure that you are attempting to login using you email address and not your username as we no longer use your username to confirm your login.
- I am upset with the changes and would like to place a complaint.
We understand that it is quite a task to please everyone all the time and we know that throughout the evolution of dailymail.com we will likely make changes that many people do not like. We encourage you to provide feedback, send an email to email@example.com with "COMPLAINT" as the subject-line, include as well any information regarding your complaint. We have real, live people who will read your complaint as well as any possible alternatives you may have. Well-thoughtout complaints will be taken more seriously than their frustrated, profanity-laiden counterparts.
