Police ID Buckhannon man found in shallow grave
BUCKHANNON, W.Va. -- Three people are charged with participating in a plot to kill a Buckhannon man whose body was found in a shallow grave.
Media outlets report that State Police arrested 30-year-old Robert Eugene Siron III of Weston, and 28-year-old Jesse Lee Heater and 32-year-old Rodolpho Correa Villagomez, both of Buckhannon, this week. All three are being held without bond.
Siron and Heater are both charged with first-degree murder. Villagomez is charged with being an accessory.
The body of 29-year-old Joshua Oberg was found Monday in a grave along Bull Run Road. He had been missing since January.
State Police say they are investigating reports that Oberg's death may be linked to the disappearance of another Buckhannon man, 24-year-old Luke Stout. Stout was last seen July 18.
