A Naoma man was arrested after allegedly shooting and killing a man during a fight at a Raleigh County bar.
Donald Blaine Moore, 46, turned himself in to Raleigh deputies Sunday after the early morning shooting, according to a statement issued by the sheriff's department.
Deputies were dispatched about 2 a.m. Sunday to Hillbilly's Tavern on Coal River Road in Rock Creek to investigate a homicide. Witnesses told police Moore had been in a fight with a man inside the bar but that the two took the fight outside.
That was where Moore is said to have shot the man, deputies said.
The victim, whose name has not yet been released, died shortly after from injuries sustained in the shooting.
Moore was charged with murder and is being held without bond at Southern Regional Jail.Deputies still are investigating.
