Boggess was sentenced to five to 15 years for incest and 10-20 years for sexual abuse. State law allows longer sentences when the victim is under 12.
The judge ordered those sentences to be served consecutively. After his release, Boggess will be under another 50 years of court supervision and will be required to register as a sexual offender for the rest of his life.
Boggess' ex-wife discovered the nude photos of the girl and alerted authorities. The photographs and camcorder images were taken on his couch and his bed.
She told police she was shocked by the images and copied them from memory cards to her home computer. Police took possession of the computer and an analysis showed 32 nude images of the girl, some with her legs spread and her private parts displayed.
Boggess has been held at South Central Regional Jail on a $250,000 bond since his arrest in April.
He did not speak at his hearing Thursday, and showed no emotion when the sentence was given.
