CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Chesapeake man indicted for the murder of his Kelly's Mens Shop co-worker is expected to plead guilty to the crime in Kanawha Circuit Court this week.
Charles March, 60, was arrested April 25 for the murder of Kathy Goble after dismembered human remains were found buried in his yard.
Those remains were determined to belong to Goble, 62. She disappeared almost two years before and the case went unsolved until March's son dug up the bones behind his father's mobile home and notified authorities.
March was charged with first-degree murder. He was scheduled to go on trial Dec. 10 before Circuit Judge Duke Bloom.
