Charges against each of the three include two counts of robbery and two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery.

Authorities are searching for Elvis Russell, 34, whose last known address was 2412 Benedict Road, Culloden. Pending charges include two counts of armed robbery and two counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery, Deweese said.

Two victims were in a stopped vehicle on Fletcher Road in Hurricane when they were robbed last Dec. 9, he said. One of the victims was severely beaten and hospitalized for several days, he said.
