CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- An inmate from a federal prison in McDowell County has been accused of failing to report to a halfway house.
Prosecutors say a federal grand jury indicted 36-year-old Milton Rawling this week.
The indictment says Rawling didn't report as ordered to a halfway house in Washington, D.C. He eluded capture from Dec. 19 to Feb. 19.
Rawling faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.
