"We hope that someone may give us a call and something useful will come up," he said. "Maybe some detail they didn't think was important -- any piece of information brought to us or revealed."
Cooper said Snow's death is "mysterious."
"And there are things we can't explain," he said.
The cause of death has not been released, another detail police are keeping to themselves for now.
Cooper said he hopes someone will come forward and talk to police "because it's the right thing to do," he said. "And to get justice for Mr. Snow.
"It's frustrating for us, and more frustrating for the family," he said.
Snow is buried in Phoenix, Ariz., near his two adult sons and ex-wife. Cooper said police stay in contact with the family.
