W.Va. man killed by rolling tractor-trailer
FAIRMONT, W.Va. -- Authorities have yet to identify a 50-year-old killed when a semi rolled over him in Fairmont.
Police say the man was from Monongalia County and had worked for an asbestos-removal and demolition firm, Reclaim Co., for about a year.
Media outlets say the man was attempting to couple an airbrake line to a tractor-trailer when the rig began to roll.
Reclaim owner R.J. Williams said his employee was caught in the space between the truck and trailer Thursday.
Williams founded his company six years ago and named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012 by the West Virginia Small Business Administration. He says his prayers are with the victim's friends and family.
Police and the state Department of Transportation were investigating Friday.
