Police ask for help IDing Go Mart robbery suspects in Cross Lanes

By From staff reports

Police are seeking help in locating two suspects in connection with the robbery of Go Mart at 123 Goff Mountain Road in Cross Lanes, said Detective Sean Snuffer of the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office.

About 5 a.m. Monday two men pulled onto the side parking lot of the business in a black Ford Ranger filled with wooden pallets and other items. The passenger entered the rear of the business, went into the office and took four bank bags. The driver stood near the side of the building and stripped off all clothing down to his boxer/briefs and socks. He paced and tried to enter the locked exterior bathroom.

The clerk was busy assisting customers and was not aware anyone had entered the rear of the building. Anyone with information is asked to call 304-357-0169. Investigating officer is Cpl. J.A. Ratliff.
