Police seek help in finding missing teen with medical condition
Police are seeking the public's help in locating a missing Parkersburg teen with a medical condition.
Megan Ellison, 16, was last seen at her home on Sept. 10. She was last seen with Joseph Adam Eklund, 18, according to a statement issued by Parkersburg Police. Eklund and Megan left Parkersburg in his grandmother's 2007 black Hyundai, which he did not have permission to take.
The girl has a medical condition and is likely in need of medication. She has been absent from school and non-compliant with her parents since she left the area with Eklund.
It is believed the pair were in the Belle area the evening of Sept. 10.
Megan Ellison is 5-foot-4 and weighs about 115 pounds. She has blue eyes and blonde hair, though it is dyed black underneath.
Warrants for Eklund's arrest charge him with grand larceny and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
